Spirit of Nursing serves as a retention tool for hospitals to celebrate and recognize professional nurses on staff and in the community; as well as to reach and recruit new nursing professionals. This initiative is dedicated to increasing nurses’ satisfaction by including them in celebrations and educational initiatives focused on lifestyle programming.
