Spirit Girls’ Night Out is a multigenerational health program held in October that serves as a gateway for women of all ages to primary prevention and health education. Member hospitals nationwide unite to increase breast cancer awareness and address other critical women’s health issues.
Spirit Girls’ Night Out event programming fosters positive attitudes and actions rather than fueling fear of disease. Breast cancer awareness activities are encapsulated in events that blend health and wellness education into an engaging, entertaining evening out.
This program builds a committed community of women who want to celebrate health, prevent disease and increase their enjoyment of life while allowing participating hospitals the opportunity to demonstrate a comprehensive approach to serving women and to showcase breast diagnostics, and other services in a fun and fashionable way.
