
Consumer Membership Program is designed to increase market share by fostering strong relationships with women healthcare decision makers in the community. This program provides Spirit hospitals a unique way to promote specific service lines utilized by women and their families by creating hospital ambassadors in the community through grassroots marketing efforts. The Consumer Membership Program also allows Spirit hospitals to align with retail businesses in the community and offer discounts to program members. Tracking metrics for return on investment and downstream revenues are developed as a core component of the program to demonstrate the strength of Spirit of Women ambassadors versus on-Spirit of Women members.
