HeartCaring is a comprehensive outreach program that results in an active dialog between women and their primary care physicians around risk, diagnosis, and treatment of cardiovascular diseases and conditions, the leading killers of American women.
With training and support provided by Spirit of Women hospitals across the United States, and in educational collaboration with the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute, HeartCaring physicians facilitate action around the identification and treatment of cardiovascular diseases and related conditions.
