Consumer Membership Program
The Consumer Membership Program is designed to increase market share through effective relationship building with women in the community who make up to 85% of all healthcare decisions. This program provides hospitals a unique medium to promote selected service lines utilized by women and their families, as well as build ambassadors in the community for the hospital through true grassroots marketing efforts.
The Consumer Membership Program also allows Spirit hospitals to align with retail businesses in the community and offer discounts to program members.
Tracking metrics for return on investment and downstream revenues are usually developed as a core component of the program to show the strength of Spirit of Women ambassadors versus non-Spirit of Women members.
